Chronic Pain

Chronic, meaning ‘persistent’ or ‘long-standing’, can be a very worrying and scary word for many people to hear.
A condition or disease that lasts for three months or longer is thought to be chronic. When an individual receives a diagnosis that is chronic, they may feel hopeless or unsure of how to move forward.
However, don’t feel disheartened! Many conditions, such as arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome are chronic, but the symptoms can be treated to improve the individual’s pain or discomfort.
EJBodyFit are here to guide you through your treatment journey and strive to decrease your pain and improve your movement.
